Poor Diet And Yeast Infection In Man

The manner and type of food we eat has a large bearing on our health; we pay a price. The price is not monetary nor is it necesarrily in calories affecting our waistline. The price we pay is with our health.

The probability of yeast infection in man occuring is directly affected by the quality of our diet. In other words if your diet is poor the candida fungi will see you as grade A steak, whereas if your diet is healthy and measured you will be seen by the same pest as a poor meat substitute - unattractive.

Take diabetics as an example. Due to higher sugar levels in their urine leves them particularly susceptible to penile yeast infection. This is due to the area involved providing an ideal environment for the formation of yeast. In effect this means that if we consistently take an extra spoonful of sugar in our coffee, we may be opening ourselves up to the dangers of yeast infection in man.
